Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the shop app.
For lost in transit or stolen packages, we can either refund you for the entire order or we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge.
If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
