Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the shop app.

For lost in transit or stolen packages, we can either refund you for the entire order or we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge.

If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. 

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect for a replacement to be issued.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped. Cancellations are not be possible if the order is already in processing or has been shipped.
